Easy Giblet Gravy
(without the giblets)

It’s best when made with the broth from the chicken (or turkey) you cooked but can also be made with canned/store-bought broth.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of dressing mixture (reserved from THIS RECIPE)
- 3 cups of chicken broth (or turkey broth)
- 1/2 can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 large boiled eggs, halved, then sliced
- 1/2 cup of shredded chicken (optional)
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 T of cornstarch
- Salt and pepper
- 1 T (or to taste) of dried parsley flakes

Reduce heat to low; cook and stir until gravy has thickened, 3 to 5 minutes.
Add salt, pepper to taste. Mix in parsley flakes at the very end.
