What is a REALTOR®?
All REALTORS are real estate agents, but not all real estate agents are REALTORS.
REALTORS® are real estate agents who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) who are bound by a Code of Ethics while helping you navigate one of the most complicated and important transactions you’ll make in your lifetime. Through programs and advanced coursework and designations, the NAR offers many different opportunities for agents to be the best they can be and offer the best of services to their clients.

Chartered in 1976, The North Central Mississippi REALTORS®, Your Voice For Real Estate, is a local affiliate of Mississippi REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
As a member-based association, NCMR promotes and protects private-property ownership and rights, advocates for our local REALTORS® and property owners and strives to keep homeownership affordable.
Agents and brokers who join the NCMR also pledge to follow a higher set of standards—the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
NCMR owns and operates the North Central Mississippi Multiple Listing Service with a jurisdiction of seven counties including: Lafayette, Marshall, Panola, Pontotoc, Calhoun, Union and Yalobusha.
