Rexanne entered the field of Real Estate as an agent in March of 2016. She is known for her commitment to excellence, pursuit of education in the field of real estate, integrity, enthusiasm, and her overall caring demeanor.
She has always gone above and beyond, seeking to employ the latest marketing trends to sell her listings. Her primary goal is happy clients with highly successful outcomes. This is achieved through a well-rounded approach to marketing each listing.
Rexanne provides her sellers with a vast amount of information to prepare them for the process of selling their home. She believes in being completely transparent, and she prides herself on setting up each client for success.
As an experienced marketer, Rexanne gives each of her listings the attention they deserve. She creates a customized marketing plan for each listing, which can include a combination of digital and print resources to get buyers interested in the listing. These may include basic staging, professional photography, videography, drone photography and video, property-specific website, virtual tour, and more!
Rexanne is passionate about the communities in North Central Mississippi. As a native of Oxford her family roots run deep in this area. Over the years, she has spent significant time in each area she serves and has family and friends throughout the area.
Rexanne is married to her wonderful husband. She has 3 grown children of her own and 4 bonus children, all of whom are adults with children of their own. Rexanne is also fondly known as “Nana” to several precious grandchildren, many of whom attend schools in the Lafayette County School System. She has 3 adorable golden doodles – Gertie, Stella, and Oliver (also known as Ollie).
Rexanne is a Christian, devoted and dedicated to growing in her faith. She started a women’s prayer ministry in 2023 which she happily attends to during her time off. Rexanne is passionate about coaching and mentoring women who have been abused in the past.
