The Beginning of a New Chapter
After over eight incredible years with Market Realty, I recently dared to take a huge step and embark on a new journey with eXp Realty. This decision was not an easy one, but after much prayerful consideration, I began making my move over to eXp on Wednesday, June 19, 2024.
Joining eXp Realty marks a significant milestone in my career, and I couldn’t be more excited about the possibilities ahead. With eXp’s innovative approach, cutting-edge technology, and expansive network, I am confident that this move will allow me to serve my clients even better than before.
Serving my clients well is always at the forefront of my mind. Striving for excellence is ingrained in me, and I constantly seek ways to improve in every area of my life.
One of the questions that led me to consider eXp Realty was, “What brokerage can help me be my best?” This quest for self-improvement and excellence guided my decision.
Time to Make a Decision
Stepping out in faith to seize a new opportunity is never easy. I don’t take making difficult decisions lightly; I deliberate thoroughly, researching and praying before making up my mind. This meticulous process ultimately led me to eXp Realty.
Once I decided to move to eXp Realty, I was all in. The transition process took about two business days, during which I completed my application and transferred my license to my new broker. Then, a flood of information arrived in my inbox. To say eXp prepares its new agents with an arsenal of resources is an understatement. Although I initially felt overwhelmed, I appreciated the abundance of information, preferring to have more resources than not enough.
Five days ago, I initiated this significant change in my career. While I still feel like a fish out of water, I’m beginning to feel more at ease. After all, I always say, “There is no growth without growing pains.”
I am immensely grateful for the unwavering support from my clients, colleagues, and friends over the years. Their trust and loyalty have been the foundation of my success, and I am excited to continue working together to achieve even greater heights. The transition to eXp Realty signifies not just a change in brokerage but a commitment to delivering even higher levels of service and expertise to my clients.
